This defines how long a file must go quiet before a later burst of activity is treated as a new period instead of the same one.

Your project IDs
A data export tool that knows what to look for in your Figma — you can run it locally

Generate a Figma Token in figma.com/developers/api#access-tokens. Your key must grant access to: projects:read, file_metadata:read, file_versions:read, library_content:read
Find your project IDs. It's on the project URL: figma.com/files/<team_id>/project/<project_id>/<name>
Download the export tool. It will run locally on your machine.
Replace the placeholders in the export tool with your Figma Key and project IDs, separated by commas.
Run the export tool (node export-gantt-standalone.mjs) and get the JSON file saved locally.
Click Load JSON above and pick that file.
